Disney has agreed to buy Marvel Entertainment in a stock and cash deal valued at $4 billion dollars. According to an interview on CNBC, Disney President Bob Iger reveals that the deal would consist of a 29 percent buyers premium that would be broken down to 40% in stock and 60% in cash. Disney would be paying a whopping $50 per share of Marvel.
